In the UCI Website there are mentioned a couple of decided doping cases like Mustafa Sayar and others. There are some new cases!
It is worth to look at the list. It will effect a lot of results!

Lot of work in perspective for you  

He is not yet in the updated UCI list of doping rule violations but Vahid GHAFARI was DNS in stage 8 of the Tour of Qinghai Lake on July 13 and a week later shown as provisionally suspended on the UCI page of his Tabriz Petrochemical Team.
I had hoped that the Iranians would have become a bit wiser after all the recent suspensions of their riders…

Mauro Santambrogio's current status is "Prov. suspended", but he is no longer provisional suspended, but was banned until four days ago (2nd November) and is now free to race. He has lost all his results in the Giro, so he should be DQ'ed on all stages and the final rankings. (Source: Apparently I'm not allowed to post any links, but he is listed in the banned riders document on UCI's website)

Michael Rasmussen is currently banned until the 7th February 2015. He has been stripped of all results in the period between January 2005 and March 2010. (Source: Again, can't post the link, but it's on DIF's website)

I can see none of the riders banned by USADA as a results of the Reasoned Decision have any results stripped nor in the case of Armstrong changed status to banned.

I also see that a rider like Ullrich also hasn't been lost his results since 1st of May 2005, but I really do understand if you just let things be from a certain point in the past as things can get quite messy otherwise. So of those mentioned here, it's only really Santambrogio that really needs to be corrected, I guess.

That was a big job well done, but I am afraid that it is not all over yet.

Patrik SINKEWITZ, Peter PRUUS and Patrick FACCHINI should be noted "suspended" since 1st January as they are not out of their teams yet.

There are a few riders in the CQ database with already for several years the status “Provisionally” Suspended.
Hereunder an attempt to clarify some of these cases.

Anthony SAVO
Tested positive on 25 August 2011 for heptaminol, a medicament prescribed by his doctor. He was provisionally suspended but I could not find any information about a final verdict being pronounced by the Belgium Federation.
He normally appears in results of Elite-2 races in 2012, not anymore thereafter.
Assume his status can be changed to Retired.

Joaquin ORTEGA GASCON
He has after all been suspended following his positive test just before the Volta a Portugal 2010 ( source ) .
Change last sentence of the Rider Comment to: He was suspended by the UCI for 2 years, until 30 November 2012.
Change his status to Retired.
(By the way, the UCI never disqualified him from his win in Stage 6 of the Volta a Portugal 2010)

Jose Gerardo SOTO QUITL
Add Rider Comment: Jose SOTO tested positive for Amphetamine on 9 August 2013 after Stage 4 of the Ruta del Centro. He has been provisionally suspended and is awaiting his verdict.

Miguel Angel PEREZ LAPARRA
Tested positive on 3 April 2010 after an MTB race in Belize. Could not find information about a verdict being pronounced, only that he had tested already positive in 2001 as well.
I assume his status can be changed to Retired (positive test has no impact on his CQ results)

Cesar Augusto VILLEGAS DUQUE
Add a Rider Comment: Cesar VILLEGAS tested positive for EPO in an out-of-competition control in July 2014. He was provisionally suspended by the Colombian Federation and is awaiting his verdict. check

Jonathan Stil MILLAN AYALA.
After his positive test in the Vuelta a Antioquia in May 2013 he made a public confession. However, he is not on the list of provisionally suspended nor suspended riders of the UCI and is still in the official results of the Vuelta a Colombia 2013.
Assume the case is, one and a half year after the facts, still “Under Investigation” by the Colombian Federation. check

Kirill Sinitsyn, today's winner of GP of Adygeya prologue has been suspended from 01/07/2011 to 30/06/2013 for use of recombinant EPO. The UCI sanctions sheet specified this : Gran Prix of Adygeya and results subsequent to 23.04.2011 are disqualified
So, it should appear on his page and btw results in GP of Adygeya 2011 should be taken off...

Hereunder a few more doping cases, based on the latest version of the Sanctions list on the UCI website.

There are a number of cases which went relatively unnoticed, as the UCI just slips them into the table without a press release. There is for instance a second positive for EPO of Libardo NIÑO CORREDOR in the Vuelta a Colombia 2010 resulting, among others, in loss of his 2nd place in the Tour de Langkawi 2011 and a suspension of 8 years until 2019. (He will be 51 by then…)

I do not know whether this is of any comfort to you, but it seems that Infostradasports has the same lack of time as you, because many of the disqualifications from the UCI Sanctions table have not (yet) been changed in the official UCI results. Maybe you can chase your friend Eddy like I chase you….

Libardo NIÑO CORREDOR > Suspended
Add to the Rider Comment: Libardo NIÑO CORREDOR tested again positive for the use of EPO on 13 August 2010 in the Vuelta a Colombia. He was suspended by the UCI for 8 years, until 7 May 2019.

Well, I'll try... but he gets paid for making time for adding changes

Lukasz ZIEMKA is in the CQ database with the status “Suspended”, but I have not been able to find on internet any information about the occasion or substance of a positive test, nor about any sanction pronounced by the Polish Federation or the UCI.
No trace of any race result after 2011 either.
Unless somebody has more information, I suggest to change his status to Retired.

Sincerely hope that you will find some time to enter these (and all the outstanding updates from previous posts) in the data base one day.
I realise that the DQ’s are the most annoying and time consuming but the Rider Comments should be less of a problem.
At the moment there are several inconsistencies like Status “Suspended” and Comment “awaiting his verdict”.
Maybe you can clean that up.

He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.
