This includes 116 sanctions in Cycling (less than the 129 in Track & Field) of which several are not covered in the CQ database.
Two involve disqualification from results, like Juan Pablo DOTTI who won the National Road Championship of Argentina in 2012 although he was suspended for 2 years since October 2011.…
The other cases can be covered with a Rider Comment and a line in the CQ Doping Documents.

Juan-Pablo DOTTI tested positive for the use of anabolic steroids and amphetamine in the Tulsa Tough (USA) on 12 June 2011. In October he was suspended by the US federation for 2 years, until 13 August 2013. Mattia GAVAZZI is not the only new name in the list of Provisional Suspensions updated 12.04.2016.
There are three more cases:

Kristjan FAJT tested positive for EPO on 10 March 2016 after the Prologue of the Istrian Spring Trophy. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

Raphael Mesquita MENDES tested positive for Stanozolol Metabolite Oxandrolone on 23 October 2015 at the Brasil Ride, an MTB race in Mucuge. He was provisionally suspended and is awaiting a verdict.

Another Brazilian MTB rider, Josemberg Montoya Nunes PINHO (not in the CQ database) tested positive for 19-norandrosterone and 19-noretiocholanolone on 22 October 2015.

Most deletions are now covered in the database, including the final GC’s of China I, China II, Fuzhou (2015) and Coppi e Bartali (2016), but he is still in all the stage results of these races. Just a few more clicks...

I'm new here, but I would like to thank everyone for keeping this up to date. I first discovered this topic while doing some research for a game of Pro Cycling Manager that I was playing and I found it very useful.

Anyway, I'd like to help out where I can so I thought I would point out that the following riders' suspensions appear to have now expired.

ALVARADO TENEB Adrian Alexander - ban listed as "until 30 April 2016"
MURRAY Karl - ban listed as "until 22 April 2016"
CHIARINI Riccardo - ban listed as "until 3 June 2016"
BRICEÑO CASTRO Jimmi - ban listed as "until 15 May 2016"
GONZALEZ GONZALEZ Jonathan - ban listed as "until 15 May 2016"
BILEKA Volodymyr - ban listed as "until 1 July 2016"

and

CINGI Luca - ban listed as "until 18 July 2016". I've done my own research on Cingi and found he is now definitely racing again, so he should be changed to Elite-2.

Each of them are still listed as being suspended, so maybe that can be changed now. Thanks!
