In order to make the 2018 cases, as well as older cases sanctioned in 2018, consistent between Rider Status, Rider Comment, DQs and excel sheets there remains the following:

Still to be deleted from the Vuelta al Uruguay 2018, as already mentioned under CQ consequences in the excel sheet 2018.

I wonder whether this is the interpretation by Adria Mobil of the UCI Sanctions table or that it is based on a statement of the UCI.
In previous cases where DQs were limited the UCI added “(only)” behind the race concerned in the column “Disqualification starting”. The way it is presented now it would concern the Tour of Croatia and every race thereafter.
I looked at the results on the UCI site but there nothing has been done yet. He is still 26 in the GC of the Tour of Croatia.
Future will tell.

Edison Fernando BRAVO MANSILLA is in the list of provisionally suspended riders for almost two years now.
However, on the site of CNCD Chile he is neither in the table of provisional suspensions nor is he listed under the suspensions.
In fact, in an article of Eldeportivo on 10 October 2018, it is mentioned that his suspension ended the day before:

Suggest to change his status to Active and change the second sentence of his Rider Comment to: He was suspended by the Chilean Federation until 9 October 2018.

I wonder however when, if ever, we will see him back on a bike.
In March 2018 he was arrested in a bus between Santiago and Puerto Montt (where he lives), in possession of more than half a kilo of marihuana and was put under house arrest.

Brajkovic has now been removed from the GC of the Tour of Croatia 2018 on the UCI site, but has been maintained in all following results, so the statement of Adria Mobil seems to be correct.

Luis Alfredo MARTINEZ tested positive after stage 2 of the Vuelta a Guatemala on 24 October 2018. He was suspended by the Federation of Guatemala for 1 year, until 24 October 2019.

PARRA PINTO Ivan Ramiro
Ivan PARRA tested positive for GHRP-2 and Metabolita in September 2015 during the Clasico RCN. He was suspended by the Colombian federation for 4 years, until 26 November 2019.

MUÑOZ GIRALDO Julian David
Julian David MUNOZ was involved in the case Via Col Doping, and suspected of doping trafficking. In December 2009, he was suspended for 2 years by the Italian federation, until 13 December 2011, only for Italian races.
During the Italian suspension, Muñoz tested positive for Sibutramine on 15 February 2010 after Stage 7a of the Vuelta a Cuba. He was suspended by the UCI for 8 years, until 8 June 2019.
As he participated in races during his suspension, this date was extended by the UCI until 3 February 2021.
